1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in any game jam, competition, or community event hosted by JamForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These rules ensure a fair, creative, and secure environment for all game developers, artists, and sound designers in our community.

2. Eligibility & Participation

Competitions and hackathons are open to developers of all skill levels unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific event page. Teams may consist of solo developers or groups. All submitted work must be created within the designated timeframe of the specific jam. Pre-existing assets may only be used if they are publicly available and explicitly declared upon submission.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any game, code, or asset you create during a JamForge event. By submitting your project to our platform, you grant JamForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to showcase, stream, and promote your submission for community and marketing purposes.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. Submissions containing malicious code, discriminatory content, or explicitly harmful material will be immediately disqualified. Community members are expected to interact professionally and constructively on all JamForge forums, resource hubs, and live events.
